start menu animation speed settings acting wierd

for some reason in sk6 the animnation speed rate settings for start button animations is acting weired, even with restarting the pc they still act weird and dont seem to use the rate they are set too.
its either way too slow or way to fast, no matter what setting i have it at. 77 frames btw.

I don't really know the answer (obviously...you know WAY more than me about SKS6), but maybe I could check whatever skin it is your having problems with on my computer, to see if it's happening on all computers or just yours. Also, do you have Windowblinds 7 installed (if you do, might that be interfering with your animation?)
I'll open up MSM messenger if you want to IM me and have me check out whatever skin you're having a problem with on my computer (dinasaur that it is, LOL)

no worries karen, the problem sorted itself somehow....i changed the frame number down to 45...not sure if that was the reason...could be..... but thanks for voluteering to help.

oh, and no i havent updated to 7 yet!! im horribly lazy when it comes to updates......

Kitty...not sure about the specifics with the WB start ani....never used it...didn't exist back when I was doing them...but anis go weird if/when frame counts don't match the number of images in the animation. Something that can screw up in various Litestep animations...

thanks Jafff.....yeah i know what you mean about that....but i still think it was the frame number..(but just my theory) i think i had too many frames........
