Cursor files are .png. You can build cursors with almost any graphics program. After you resize your image, save it. You do have cursorXP or cursorFx, right? Let us know wich one you have and we can get down to the nitty gritty.

To make an animated cursor you must create a png strip made up of n amount of frames.

I have a feeling this is going to take me awhile... I'm very busy with work, and soon I'll be heading overseas for school.

well...a work in progress....can progress...as fast or as slowly as you need it to....that's the great thing about skinning....it's always here to come back to.....

Here's a thought. Go into cursor XP or FX on your computer and open up the themes folder. I think you can open the cursor folder and view the various states...am I right? I once opened one up and was able to see the different images. I tried (with limited success) to do one using GIMP but that was before my 'puter went south. As long as the program can work with animated gifs it shouldn't be a problem.
BTW...I like it!!
