Never fear, I have a pin right here!
I have a flash drive with all the WB skins I've kept over the years and had backed up off Win XP when I got Vista. I got them to install then, but now I've done a format and clean install of Vista and suddenly I couldn't get them to work. I put them in the Windowblinds folder under Program files--didn't work. I found this post and went "Aha!" Went and put them in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds--still won't work! Now, I have a couple hundred skins in two folders that don't work!
Now what?

MG, after putting them in the documents folder, did you open WB config and select the "Rebuild List" option? In WB7 it's in the skin options tab.

In Vista they are C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds
In XP, C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds
