An Idea for SkinStudio
Monday, July 13, 2009 by Mirsguy | Discussion: Skinning
I got to thinking about ObjectDesktop 2010 and ObjectDock 2.0 both awaiting release in the near future, and I came up with an idea:
What if skinners could use SkinStudio to create skins other than WindowBlind skins? Like, what if I could utilize SKS to create ObjectDock backgrounds and tabs? Or what if I could use SKS to create RightClick skins, etc.
Just an idea. ![]()

Thanks! I guess I just like the interface and tools available in SKS, and think that they'd be useful in skinning other apps.

Hello,
I got a very beautiful skin and would like to modify 2 things with WB 6.4 or with skin studio.
- How to make the windows "Roll on" by clicking on the window up frame ? or other method ?
- How to change the color of text in all menus in withe because it is now in black on dark grey background ?
Is there an artist here who coul help me ?
Many thanks. Ch.

#1 can be done with the settings in WB config. Go to settings-"Action to take when double clicking on a titlebar" or "Action to take when right-clicking a titlebar" and select roll up.
