WB not Skinning OS looks like Pre XP

im running a fresh install of Vista 64, i installed WB yesterday and rebooted Several times instaling updates and programs, but my problem started once i instaled my Sound Drivers.
every time i reboot now WB isnt skinning like it should be, i end up with no skin just a skinless os.
how do i get WB to start when i boot up so it will skin vista.
oh its not in Services when i looked i presume this is my problem, if how do i Fix that? im running wb 6.1

update to the latest version of windowblinds, I may be wrong but i think 6.1 had problems on a 64 bit OS, But that was fixed with preceeding updates, latest is 6.4. Good luck
