I have Vista premium
I set the od free version to start up at boot time
but it wont. It says it needs my permission?
Wblinds also starts just fine at boot up.

You can also try to set it to run with admin rights by right clicking on the icon in your startup folder in the start menu and then changing it to run as adminisrator in the properties.
I'm not in front of a Vista machine right now so this is from memory.
You really shouldn't put your email address in your post if you want to avoid getting spam.

Uninstall OD and restart your system, then install OD by right clicking on the setup and choose "Run as Administrator"
This should probably solve your problem.
