I lived for 2 years in Durban in late 70s in the Indian enclave, here most Indian restaurants have it normally pistacchio, coconut, pineapple or mango flavours my favourite restaurant here Tulsi is in converted church and serve coconut ice with theirs so double delight.

Now thats called a wonderful experience. Sure you would have enjoyed life there.

BTW have you been watching the Indian Premiere League(IPL) ?

It was awesome - I learnt lots - about food, about peace, alternative health treatments and even learnt the cheek needle penetrations and firewalks too. I watch some IPL but it is on during my work time - it is better when in India, good games most of them - just takes a heroic performance to turn the game around -  I await the Ashes in 50 days, too. I learnt that the Chicken Tikka Masala of England is not real Indian food - just add tin tomato soup to an already mild curry. We can get all the spices here now but when I first came here it was not so.

Even im waiting eagerly for the Ashes, im a great Cricket fan n a good batsman too but now really dont' get da time and opportunity as in the college days, really miss those days. I work in Max New York Life Insurance Company but sometimes we have cricket matches arranged by our office head.

My favorite bowlers- Shane Warne, Brett Lee, Anil Kumble.

fav. batsman- Sachin Tendulkar n MS Dhoni.

And yeah, Chicken Tikka Masala is one of the most popular Mughlai Cuisines here. Would sure love to treat you with lots of more indian cuisines if you come to India sometime.
