ie explorer-Applicstion Error
The instruction at "ox301872d8 referenced memory 0x0490100". The memory could not be "written"
click ok and the link online is lost.

When I have encountered an odd error, I copy it and then google it. Usually someone has the same error. I tried it with what you wrote, but I found nothing. Kind of like what Doc wrote.

This only happens when I use the computer at the burger king. Doesn't happen at the library. I wonder if it has something to do with the way this rawls like a snail. Sometimes it takes literally minutes to go from one page to the next.

Uninstall IE and reinstall. maybe its messed up or somthin. If you keep getting errors like that or oddball errors you might wanna check your Ram. it could be bad

Would that I could but the 'puter ain't mine. Belongs to BK (Burger King). They don't allow anyone to make 'em work proper. I offered to do for them but you know them corporate types. They have "their own people".

The OP seemed appropriate. Two year old thread. But the question is relevant. Check out the screenshot. The green throbber that's supposed to go clockwise turns into a black ball going counter clockwise and when the page loads its blank. Refreshed the page several times and the same thing. I have to close the browser, wait a few minutes and in the meantime open Opera and that's an exercise in futility. For some reason Opera takes nearly five minute or more to load. Slow as shit. So...when I reopen Fire Fox 4 it comes up normal. I checked the error console and found this.

I'd be concerned about your throbber being green. Have you tried soap and water?

I'd be more concerned about a black ball going backwards. That can't be good or at least very uncomfortable.

I believe that many "memory cannot be written" problems relate to [Windows] Data Execution Prevention events. I have bracketed "Windows" because the same technology exists in other operating systems.
I am not an expert by any means but there are plenty of articles available that might be able to steer you in the right direction. Apparently what you would think might be a RAM or drive error, often relates to this.
It can be disabled to see if that changes anything.
And.............. good luck with that throbber issue.
