Hey Everyone,
I am new to objectdock and I ran into a problem when trying to convert my rocketdock skins to objectdock skins. I have the .ini files right but there are some ugly lines that show up. If anyone could let me know what im doing wrong I would really appreciate it. I would like to upload all of my dock skins on this site once again. Thanks.
Here's what it looks like:

it's kinda hard to tell by the picture since some of the lines I see appear to be part of the wall
are you tiling or stretching?

rocketdock doesn't draw the same way objectdock does. i've found that out by experience. od doesn't like gradients or patterns very well. you can create docks with gradients and patterns but you have to really work at it and not just with the .ini file. sometimes you have to redesign the graphic and even then it won't always work right at different sizes. those wavy lines i'm seeing on the second one...that aint going to work. it would be good to see a larger picture so we could really see what was going on though...

okay thanks for the help. I appreciate the quick response. I will work more on the design of my docks rather than the .ini file. I would upload a larger picture, but I think you get whats going on. Thanks again.

The "7" is actually part of my dock background. The lines you see are from the dock.

You are going to have a hard time getting that to look right at a variety of sizes. A good rule of thumb is to be sure your dock looks correct between 48 and 96 pixels for the icon size as most people use something between these two numbers.
