taskbar notify button

iam just wondering why allot of the skins the ppl r making the taskbar notify buttom to notify u r the same color or so close u cant tell its flashing to get ur attention ? theres some very nice themes out there but when the flash button trys to get u its so hard to notice ? cant they make the different color so u know its flashing ?

bring it up in the comment section of the skin to bring it to the authors attention ..in future they perhaps might change their designing fashion.....

Bad design for the most part. All my themes have quite distinct flash buttons. Some skinners dont use messengers enough to worry about it maybe?
Its also a hard area to get right as the font color\effect section is not supported. Tricky at best
