warp five Mr. Sulu

With the top speed of a Smart Car it's more like warp  .0000000005

I don't think it's meant to be your main car. You keep it in the trunk as a spare.......

I dunno that's too far out of the question.... spare cars instead of spare tyres in the trunk.  Somebody 'll eventually come out with a blow-up car that'll fit in the trunk... maybe even the glovebox.... which could be interesting if a bloke's out with his date and she peers inside:

"Oh that!  But-but-but.... but it's not what you think, m' dear.... it it-it-it-it's my emergency compact car, in case of breakdowns."

Erk.

there is a set of twins at my step-daughter's high school that have a matched pair of those things. she says they park them in the same slot at school. (shakes head) can remember when I was in school.. I drove a big old F350 Dually, it didnt even FIT in one slot.

It's looks like a pretty handy car where I live & neatly slots into parking gaps sideways, never mind parking spaces.

I drive a clapped-out BMW and dread encounters with  SUVs and fewking scooters driven by schoolkids.

I drive around on a motorcylce and I dread encounters with self rightous Beemer drivers. Apparently driving laws are below them.

Smart's are just a step above golf carts.

I figured as much...just checkin'.

Almost bought a V-Rod the other day...well I looked at it and tried to talk myself into believing I could sneak it by the wife.

Looks like I'll stick with the 85 Gold Wing I inherited from my father for a while longer.

lol, a Night Train ( '02 )

Nice ride there, NT... took a look at your link and drooled.  Due to arthritis and old injuries, I couldn't throw my leg over the saddle anymore, much less actually ride one safely.

Oh well, I can dream... and keep drooling.

Even if I had 14k... more like 18k by the time it's converted from AUD, it's be an expensive ornament that I drool over in the garage,  As much as I'd love to still be able to ride, I really can't manage a bike that size and weight, not with the physical limitations I have these days... if it fell over I'd never be able to pick it up again, and that just ain't right for a 'drool' machine.

IMHO don't buy a Harley. There are much better built bikes out there for half the price. Harley's are disposable just like all American made vehicles. GO Indian you wion't be dissapointed.

Example: I had a directional light that would go out whenever I went over a good sized bump. The bike was brand new. I took it in to have a stage 1 kit installed and they said........

Oh, you have to put the heavy duty bulbs in or this will keep happening. I said OK, put a darn heavy duty bulb in then. They charged me for it. Basically over the years I came to realize that Harley uses many substandard parts. Their leather sucks and their chrome is the worst on the market.

Like they say, I would rather ride a Honda than push a Harley. LOL
