PC Mag Becomes a Skinner?

Interesting utility seen today on pcmag.com...developed by Dmitry Sokolov who owns Greatis Softwate (Russian Co.).
For folks without Logon Studio Vista? Mine works fine....I'd love to see a comparison of these utilities by software experts.
This one purportedly changes your logon...comes with 8 different images and states you can import more and can change the logon sound as well.
I haven't tried it...I've got some Impulse/WB/MyColors issues that need resolving.
I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Not real fond of the interface. I will stick with LogonStudio.

I don't have Vista. I change logon with TuneUp 2007.
Wait, I never changed it since last time I restored backup.

While their interface isn't great, it's no disaster either. I like the SD interface more also, but the sound thing (if you rmember prior pm's) interested me also...say...I wonder if their app is skinnable...
