Indeed....that is the question. It's up to the viewer to interpret the art as their own mind allows.
I think it's done. Anything more would be overkill. (BTW, I'm sorry for my mod....I'll never be able to look at it again without seeing what I'm seeing. It's gorgeous though.)

Starkers, there are other possibilities....this could be the result of a woman, riding in a car, drinking a blue raspberry Slurpie, and the driver stepping on the brake suddenly. I've spilled blue Slurpie down the front of me a few times, with similar results.
