Ok , still making mah first skin its gona be badass anyways tho im almost done with and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to add sounds to it like for minimize and maxamize etc.... i personally am annoyed by them but it just may be dont know anyways add sounds yeah? or no?

Add sounds. In addition to Windowblinds allowing you to turn them off, I believe that Vista also allows for that thru the mixer in your systray. I know it does for DX themes, and Dreams.

There are relaxing sounds, annoying sounds, uplifting sounds, melodic sounds... Annoying sounds annoy me... 
Adding sounds is the sound choice though.

I say do it...add the sounds. It's part of your creative process...other folks can change them or use soundpackager...up to them, just like the ability to recolor the skin you make....I'd love to see it how your eyes and ears do...or as close as possible.

You could addd them if you want since they can be turned off in WB configuration. That way everybody has a choice.
