What part of a WB skin do you make first...?

I all ways start with...
1. start panel (allways first... that's where all the inspiration starts)
2. task bar (with start button and system tray)
3. windows
4. window buttons
5. task bar buttons
Then all the rest as it comes to me....

gmc2, that logo in the top left would make a cool start button. Especially if it were animated...
