Startbutton animation

Is possible that in sks i click the button "Try it" and the animation of the startbutton works fine and then when i apply the skin there isn't any animation? (the animation is on the glow...about 18 frames, perhaps don't work because the startbutton is only 5 frames?)
While in the top part of the startmenu when i apply the skin i see the animation but the function of the delay between the loops don't work...help please 
EDIT: i've solve...same numbers of frame for glow and startbutton

It raises the question why the can be assigned separately at all though...

Correct. And the frame rate/Delay has to be the same on both or it won't look right
