The Good Old Days...
Tuesday, March 17, 2009 by Fuzzy Logic | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
Ah the good old days... You know, just when you thought things had moved into this century, someone comes along to remind you that if you don't have a low user number, weren't a part of www.someobscureskinningsite.org, or knew 'Old Fred', then your opinion doesn't really count for much.
You remember 'Old Fred'? He was around when skinning was writing four lines in notepad... Of course, no-one has seen 'Old Fred' for ten years at least, and he never actually skinned anything back then - but he was the best...
Thankfully skinning is a lot more popular these days and the old guard clique elitists are outnumbered a thousand to one. But from time to time they like to put you in your place.
There's this thing called evolution though. If something fails to evolve it becomes extinct.
"Have we become so old that we have outlived our usefulness?"
Do you really want an answer?

I still miss the old (skinable) Wincustomize-site....
Back then, even the coding errors were charming and not just plain annoying. ![]()

Believe me, I am trying.... just snaffled a few tips from the Jenny Craig and WeightWatchers site to see if that helps. ![]()
As for the good old days... well that was when people put food in our mouths, wiped our butts and paid the bills so we didn't have any worries.
Any other good days after that are a bonus. ![]()

I don't remember what happened in past because I don't want to. My past frustates me because I had committed so many blunders that I can't even think of now. So those days hadn't been good for me. True I got some lessons from those mistakes but still they sting...
BTW Enjoy these....

How the hell do I forget about so much stuff and then say to myself " you remember that don't ya? or do I?? "
I think I got the short end of that deal and wow what was it anyway?
I stayed home today till noon for this reason to see how this mess comes out for now. Like I've said in the other thread
" I DO NOT LIKE THE MAN AT ALL ! "
These things keep coming up and as a lot of you people here already know there is enough problems already here. Why the hell does this guy and some of our members what to deal with such a person when we have other things present with higher priorities to give too.
Then he comes in and flat out flames other members and walks away laughing about it. Says it is the ways of the past and he is the damn greatest there is. He aint nothing but a bad liar and one that clutches strawes to do so. Oh my number was such and you do not count. I say count this dumb ase. Who do you think you are and what the hell gives you any right to say such about any member at this site. I dare say we do not come to his place of business and do such. There has to be harm done here by this so much of a fool. I'd like to figure the money lost by this person and seek recoveries for it. I'd have my lawyer contact him and see him to the door to be quietly dealt with for a permanet result.
Ok I've said my piece - sorry if I'm a bit out of hand here - but he does this to me - I get flaming mad as hell when someone attacks this community!
I'm with Shelby on this one, it really gets my back up when someone attacks this place, this place I call my second home, my second family, I haven't been here that long, but I would defend this place to the hilt...I'm like one of those old westerners, the cowboy...once you signed on for the brand, you were loyal to that brand, I feel the same way about this place of friendship, this site rocks big time......So Ja I am with Shelby 100%.....you go Shelby, you get em' and I'll be riding right alongside of you my friend
............again I lash out with an emotional tirade without readin the rest of the forum remarks, doesn't change my stance though I still ride with ol Shelby, but I apologise for the emotional outburst.......and just to make sure you all know I am telling the truth, I would just like to add a Whooooooooeeeeeeeeeeeeee.....there now you know Ha Ha Ha ha
