could use some help...

Hello forum. I am using Winstep to customize my desktop and have a couple of different themes and setups I am happy with so far.
My question is: How can I change the folders to look like my theme when I open them? I'm pretty sure I need to use a seperate program as I can't find any options within Winstep to change them.
Would I need to purchase a program such as Windowblinds? I need a program that will just allow me to change the folders, without creating another theme that changes everything again.
Sorry if I'm asking something really easy or maybe it CAN be done in Winstep and I'm just missing it. I'm VERY new to all of this customization for the desktop, but I'm really liking it! It can, however, be quite overwhelming as I'm sure a lot of you agree with me!
I'm willing to learn though 
I've already tried about 6 different programs before I found Winstep and although I still think it can be kind of pain to figure out, the more time I spend with it, the easier it's becoming.

I use Winstep also and use WindowBlinds to customise my folder backgrounds and other UI elements, IconPackager to change the Icons. However, while these apps come as standalones, ObjectDesktop bundles these and other apps for just a little more and is more economical than purchasing several standalones.\
