Help with Avatars

I have recently been trying to change my avatar, and I have tried to change it through wincustomize and joeuser. But when I click the upload button, I get nothing... it's like it's dead. This also happens with personal photo's and the my current desktop as well. I have no other problems on either site, so I believe it is something that needs fixing. Am I wrong? Help!

I do have Flash 10. I am going to get Flash 9 now, and will try again. I will repost with the results.

The uploads only work with Flash 9. If you have Flash 10 then nothing will happen...
