what are webblinds?

and what is the difference between webblinds and window blinds? i was browsing through the gallery catagories and noticed it for the first time....... they look very similar......but just very curious.......

Where did you see Webblinds? Could that be the old, old browser skinning stuff?

WebBlinds was a program to skin parts of IE5. Stuff like the throbber, toolbars etc. Hasn't been used for years. WB does all that now anyway.
