Here are the rules. Aside from this paragraph, you can't write anything unless it has two *s around it. That means you're performing an action. For example *cough* would mean I'm not saying the word "cough," but I'm actually coughing. I think it's simple enough. Keep responding to the previous action with an action of your own. It can be more than one word.

[in IRC and in these forums you can use '/ me {verb}s something' and it indicates the user doign somethign (remove the space betweent hte slash and the me)]
