Black Bar when changing color scheme (Vista)

Hi there,
Problem: When I fire up a program that doesn't like Vistas Aero interface, Vista automatically switches to "Basic Color Scheme".
When that happens, Object Dock leaves a black bar on everything where the dock is appearing.
Using: Vista 32-bit Sp1, Object Dock Plus 1.9, ATI Cataclyst Driver 9.1.
As soon as the color scheme is reverted, the bar is gone, and everything can be displayed transparent again. It's just so annoying when you either can't use the menu of the programs or have to use just a part of the screen.
