cant customize sidebar with WB

after following steps to create own design via WB interface / paint.net, somehow the designs that i saved arent showing up..is no biggie, but would like to know how to correct whatever im doing wrong

Just guessing.........When in doubt...reboot.......
Exiting and restarting the sidebar might do it without the reboot
