skin settings in wincustomize, skins not showing up

when i download a new skin, i go to settings so i can choose the skin..... but the skin isnt there, ive rebuilt the list and even restarted my pc a few times, but nothing seems to work, here is my windowblinds info:

This is typically because in the .wba there are more than one .uis file, or backup files (eg .uis~) zipped with the skin by SKS (Fffffffu**ing annoying)
Rename the .wba to .zip and open/unzip it. Remove/delete all unneeded files and repack it.
