Hehe...
Tennants may not masturbate.... violators will be fined $500.00 for the first offence, increasing in $500.00 lots for subsequnt offences.
Tennants found in compromising positions with sex toys such as blow-up dolls will be dealt with in the Biblical way and stoned.
Tennants who are married are permitted to have sex on Friday nights only... see landlord for DVD's of performances: $25.99 each.
