Can not upload, can not Post with Imagelink

Hi!
I am very confused, after trying 6 times toi upload, and now trying to post a Helprequest! =o(
So this is a short Mail... does anybody have uploaderrors in the last 6 says?

Didn't there used to be bulletins at the top of the forums? Shouldn't there be one concerning this upload/server issue so everyone can see it?

Sorry...for posting directly again (cause this short one worked).
Is there a Limitation with TEXT in the Description of an Uploaded DREAM? I always end up(after it said:"Your Upload was successful...now we proceed your Work!") with the Message: "Sorry, there was an error with the Page!"
Thanx again, cause: Most of my Text was saying "Hi, and hello, i am the new Member Revanito, and after downloading a Lot of your wonderful Contributions, i deeply wanted to give something BAC K to you!"
