Can not show start menu at this time

Hello all and happy new year !!!
I try to use objectdock in place of start menu and task bar. I need start menu some times and it doesn't appear each time I click on the docklet. The message "Can not show start menu at this time" appears. A known bug ?

an off/on bug for some
others have gotten a 'helper injector file' file error
my only prob with it is where it shows up... so I use:
set wShell=wscript.createobject("wscript.shell")
wShell.sendkeys "^{ESC}"
saved as 'start.vbs' with a shortcut on the dock pointing to it
pressing the windows key will do the same thing
