I made out this Christmas...Blu-ray player, A WD TV Media Player and a Harmony remote. The Blu-ray is nice but the WD TV media player is great. It plays just about anything you throw at it. If your looking for something to play 99% of the video formats on the net, on your TV, this is the toy to get.

NT...went to my dads yesterday and he asked me to look at his PC...he said, "it's got stuff popping up on it".

Took it home with me...so far I've hit on 7 viruses. The best one is "Antivirus 2009". They went to alot of trouble to make it look like a real antivirus program. It even uninstalled the antivirus that was installed.

Once I save all of his stuff and I verify that there's no boot sector viruses, it will be time for a format.

ALMonty...I like the wheels...they kinda look like the base V6 model's, chromed out.

i bought myself :

a cool pair of flared bottom jeans.

some clothes

a new kettle and toaster

a new jaffle iron

and a 1991 diahatsu mira!!! (yes i finallly own a car!!)

and 8 new dvds.

but what i truly wanted, ill never get.  It is a picture i did once called " Suspicion by Night" it had alfred hitchcock playing the piano, cary grant walking up the stairs carrying a tray with a glass of milk (from the movie suspicion) norman bates stading in the corner with one of his stuffed birds on the wall, jimmy stewart and kim novak leaning on the piano listening to alfred.

WOW!! You know your the only one since I put them on that picked that out. I even posted pics on a G8 website and they asked me what kinda rims they were.

I drive alot of G8's...I trade every few days and I occasionally have to settle for a base model.

The wheels you have are the best I've seen on one. LKQ, Transwheel, and Keystone (all the same company) started chroming them a few months ago.

That one got invited onto my machine a bit back by the wife.  The pop-up that comes up asking you to scan your pc is the activation button.  By that I mean, no matter if you hit cancel or the close button, it activates the dl and installs the "Anti-Virus" (Read virus)  Lucky me, I create restore points and they work.  The biggest indicator that there is a problem is the pop-ups.  Seems quite a few websites have it as it's popped up on screen a couple times since and the only way to get around it is to kill explorer in task manager.  But a restricted user can't do that...

A nice feature I have (active now) is System Guard from iolo.  Blocks any unauthorized changes to the PC.  Oh, and the restore points.  Gotta be sure to do those once in awhile.
