Rateing Lowered

I was wondering what happenned. I posted a Screenshot called Teach the World To Sing and it achieved a 4.5 rateing. I see that now it has been lowered to 4 and was wondering what happenned.

Wow never saw that happen before.... Have to be an important person to bring it down like that I guess. I never seen that happen before...seems like that could get into a grudge thing!

Not at all. Anyone can give you a one star rating and bring down the avrage.

Most likely it was a thoughtless rating. I've seen it before

Nothing out of the ordinary.
Besides that.... it is only a screenshot....
Can't personally see the point in rating a screenshot, let alone downloading one.....

What I mean by thoughtless is;
Not everyone realizes that giving a (f.ex) 1 star rating can have a huge impact on the overall rating.......especially if they normally rate skins that have a large number of rates where their rate makes less difference.
Does that make sence?

And remember that user-level also must be taken into account....
An Apprentice (lowest level that can vote) vote 'weighs' less, than the heigher levels, in the overall rating equation.

When I was a Citizen, I could rate a skin, did something change?

Well come to think of it.... Were you a 'Customer' at that point?
I do believe that SD Customer can rate too, regardless of WC userlevel.

someone rated it lower.
If you have for example gotten only 2 rates on a submission, you will see a more dramatic drop in your rating. If say 50 people rated your skin, a single "bad" rating won't have as much effect
