Whilst using Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 with McAfee Security Center I have the following issue.
When attempting to download Windowblinds 6 program or themes from Stardock McAfee detects what it thinks is a Trojan and quarantines it this is a valid program/file and as such I try and restore it, however this does not stop it from doing it again and again when attempting to restart the download is there anyway of stopping McAfee from doing this ?
I would also point out that even when set to disabled it continues to do it even with a fresh install of McAfee and O/S and Windowblinds 6. Any ideas?
TIA

I recently had a problem with AVG doing something similiar with a file in my restore partition. I excluded that folder from being scanned, problem solved. (no, it wasn't a trojan horse) If you choose to do so, maybe Norton will allow you to exclude that folder from being scanned???
