Wierd Shadow

I'm Getting this wierd shadow anyone know how to fix this??

Open skin in SkinStudio 5, from tree menu select Start Panel, on right, Section tab, will be Hide panel shadows, enable it from Value drop down, save and reapply skin. Has to be version 5 as hide shadows in version 6 does not work.

UH...Disable some of Windows graphical effects and reactivate them till you find the troublemaker...Or ignore it...
