start menu image doesnt look like selected theme

the start menu for broken aero appears to be leftover from neovision theme and doesnt look like what the image is here. -i have trouble uploading so heres link lol

whoops nvm. i found the area where i had to set it to revert to aero theme for start menu. mystery solved.
