where do i get cursor package to go with neovision theme?

as the title says, where can i get the cursor application for neovision?
and, can i use neovision cursor with other themes as well?

You will first need to install CursorFx in order to change your cursors. You can either purchase the plus version or download the free version here: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/
After that, you can download the cursor package here: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/
