Hewlet packard would not be using a MS Live email adress, I could easily go to live and sign up an account as Brad [email protected].. but that dont make me brad 
Stardock uses stardock.com, tiger direct uses Tigerdirect.com etc... IMO its a blatantly obvious Phishing scam to get your Identity.

Actually, since winning the Lottery Down Under, Snowy has been sending these to everyone while cackling and gloating over his vast winnings.

Mac Packard.
Now this would have had me immediately suspicious... besides, anything to do with Mac (Steve Jobs) is patented, so the prize money would be technically his and you'd probably get sued for trying to spend it. 
I mean, you'd think they'd come up with a better, more convincing name - like Gates Packard, or Linux Hewlett, even Hewlett Windows - cos Mac Packard just ain't cosher.
