Issues with Skinning

I've got windowsblinds 6.2 and I'm having issues with applying skins. Whenever I try to load ANY visual except for Microsoft's default "Windows XP Style" visual style, the program pauses for a second, like it would before applying the changes, but then all it does is it remove all the styles from Windows. (It leaves me with the "Windows Classic" style, which is really just an unskinned taskbar and unskinned windows.)
It says under the WindowsBlinds System Information that the program is installed correctly, but I did notice that wbload.exe isn't running and I know it should be. Any help on how to get it running? I've tried reinstalling Windowsblinds but it doesn't autostart wbload.exe.

Open the WindowBlinds Configuration screen and click on "System info" then click the "Copy text" button. Paste that info here.
