Do you have to be apart of a click?

Hay all, I know I am new to creating wallpapers in here, but yet have been here for what I feel is a long time now, and have seen this place grow.. Now I don't know about Articles and the people since I was more in to creating for friends ,and helping people with pain on line most of the time back then, but it seems you have to either know someone in here and be close, or be apart of a click, or I am just missing something?.. I have been putting all kinds of wallpapers out like crazy, but yet not very many people leave comments, matter of fact I have only "one", truly sad, especially since i went around asking people to stop in and pass the buck one day in a few places but no one came by.. I have been watching allot of you who seem to hang with Butch (I don't mean to use your name in any bad way either Butch, matter of fact "I give you kudos for always being there for everyone ), and he seems to be a great guy doing his job telling others what a great job they are doing too and we should all learn from this, so the question is: "am I that bad of a creator, and or is there a click here you have to join ?".. I know I did not start out so well with helping my self on a old article i had out, but yet found out what I thought, allot were fast to be rude and make fun, and hay I was big enough to say in the end "I was sorry" and even erased them, but whats up with no one coming in saying anything about my desktops?.. I mean if your stopping in but not saying anything, but quick to leave comments like "great job" on someone elses that just copy and paste in a picture from off the web with hardly anything added in, but I get nothing for my work and hardship, just seems to me not fair, or there is a click going on here.. These picture are a escape from the pain I have to live with, maybe you should get to know me before you judge me for something stupid. Again, I am sorry, but whats the deal?.. Rico...

You don't seem to read Sydneysiders, or don't care too, I said I was busy back then helping others with pain, and now I don't, meaning I have too much pain at times, so yes, it is a release for my pain I make these pictures, and what the heck do you mean about 10 min on all my art work??? You took a picture of what is a hill side and you get it all marked up, and my houses took me weeks to make. I want you to make one of those under 10 min, and be real about it too.. This is what I mean about being rude and clicks.. The others in here, I thank you all for your comments. This picture he took, but got all kinds of high marks on it, seems to be a click to me I am talking about, that or I am missing all the focusing he did on the picture or something? o0.. The Van I built for my wife, yes it too took less them 10 min to make like your picture did, but kids these days rather see that then to see the a mountain side, and you don't even want to know how much money it took to make that $$$$$$.. I think you should read before you speak, as far as the other articles of mine, I said "I removed them", and I did this because someone said "you are unable too", well bingo! Gone!.

 

You seem to be confused....relentless pain will do that to you....you have my sympathy on that one...

so...let's sort this out...

At no time in my comment was I rude....my comment consisted of suggestions to help you fit in...and a compliment on your one gallery wallpaper.

Rude....is when you whinge in forums for people to comment on your walls....people take the time out to leave 5 positive comments on your wallpaper....and you do this to it...

If you took the time to check out my gallery...perhaps you should have noticed, I am female.  I noticed you were male..at least, you were yesterday.......you talked of a wife and child.....today....you are (Miss) Graysee.....I am confused...

 

Now....in answer to your all consuming question......I am part of a clique?.......(yes, Zubaz did spell it correctly!)

Yes....I am part of a clique....a clique of about 3 1/2 million....you are too....what you make of it is up to you....

There are cliques....there are groups of people who have come to know other people...and look out for their [new] work ... and comment on it as a matter of course.

Continued activity/interest with the site will see you attract/gather your own group of people....although re-inventing yourself with a name change [with or without a gender reassignment] is likely going to alienate people through simple confusion.

There are currently [today] 3.397 million site members so you'll likely meet up with some kindred spirits soon enough....

Rude....is when you whinge in forums for people to comment on your walls....people take the time out to leave 5 positive comments on your wallpaper....and you do this to it...

It is a pity you removed your wall from the gallery...it was quite striking...and would have been a good one to build on....

We all have rejections to personal galleries (well..most of us)...maybe at some stage you will have a rethink of some of the advice above....and try again.

We all have rejections to personal galleries (well..most of us)...maybe at some stage you will have a rethink of some of the advice above....and try again.

 

Absolutely, everyone has rejections...it is one of the best eays to learn and try to do better next time!!
