Dfferent icons for same program?

I want a different icon for regular thunderbird and the addressbook (which is launched by executing "thunderbird -addressbook"). Objectdock considers both of them as the same launcher, and replace both icons when any of them is changed. It also affects games played on steam, as all those games are launched through the client, so every single game get the same icon.
Is there a way to circumvent this problem?
