TechSmith Releases Camtasia Studio 6

I have talked about how to record screencasts and videos of such things like .dreams, and I always have given the highest recommendation to Camtasia Studio by TechSmith. Today, they have announced the release of Camtasia Studio 6, and along with it brings some slick new features. You can see a video of the new features in action here.
“Camtasia Studio records exactly what users see on their computer screens, what they say and how they interact with any website or Windows-based application, such as PowerPoint. Individuals can then edit the interactive content and share it online in all popular streaming media formats, including HD-quality video (MPEG-4 AVC, H.264+AAC) and Flash, on fixed media such as CD or DVD, or on Apple portable media devices. “
Just a few of those new features include:
- A recorder that easily captures full-screen videos and also remembers your settings for faster re-recordings.
- The ability to edit audio and video independently and move audio from one track to another, making recording and editing faster and more efficient.
- A new tilt feature that creates a 3D perspective that adds visual interest to videos.
- Advanced editing techniques with complete control over transition and callout fade durations down to 1/10 of a second to create more polished videos.
