Having trouble loading Wincustomize

I have been having a lot of trouble getting the Wincustomize page to load. It seems to hang, or freeze more and more often and I wind up having to reset and reboot. This morning it took me about 4 tries to get the home page loaded.
Is this something with my computer (XP, SvcPack2, IE7) or is this happening to anyone else?

I just minimize it (FF3 usually) to the task bar and play solitare so I don't end up staring at my screen for 2-3 minutes while waiting for a web page to load. I come back to it after 1 solitare and the page is loaded. Gee isn't that fun. Happening less frequently these days fortunately.

I've been getting that lately too. It seems it's just the home page that does it. I don't have to reboot, but I have to open the task manager and force it to 'end task'. Then I try again. It usually works after a couple of trys. (I'm using Vista Home Premium and IE7)
