Well im new to this whole windows customization thing and I have a question.
I used StyleXp for a little but then i ipgraded to SP3 on XP and StyleXP doesn't run with SP3.
So now my desktop is boring again. How do i go about changing just the color and style of my windows and start bar. Im not sure if this is called the skin or theme or whatever so a little help would be appreciated.

You might first try looking here, a tutorial about WindowBlinds, http://wiki.wincustomize.com/wiki/Windowblinds:_Basics
Once you are done with that you might also just check out the whole Wiki, it's a very good learning tool.
