side menu wont stay working

when you go to my pics or my docs the side menu is not skined but you can reboot and go back to it and it will be skined but when you x out of it and go back the skin is gone. THANKS TIM

Open Windowblinds and go to the system info tab. Copy that info and paste it in this thread.

by the way i looked and disk menu will all thangs with a side menu is not skined thay act the same way as the pics and docs menu i listed before. thanks tim
