extremely minimal WB?

Is there a WindowBlinds available that has a windows title bar that is just wide enough to be usable? I'd also like it to have basically no border around the window (maybe 1 or 2 pixels maximum if it has to be there). The taskbar and start menu don't matter, since I'm using LiteStep as my shell.
I looked through a lot of WBs on this site, but couldn't find one that fit what I wanted. I'm using Multipass Carbon right now (it's the closest I could find to what I want).
If this doesn't exist, does someone feel like making one?
