I know that the Vista skin-craze has almost come and gone, but I haven't yet found one that has the titlebar AND the bar with File Edit etc. with the same pattern.
Here's what I mean (for this example I used TigerV by dobee): Can Anybody help?

Not that many Msstyle users here. Most use windowblinds. 
You may have better luck tracking one down thru Deviantart.com

why would someone make a vista skin that looks exactly like vista?
