On the home page, when I click Site or Settings it takes me to the same settings page not my site. What do we have to do, go through Subscriber Resourses to get to our own pages now???????

Had the same problem yestersay, but after logging out, cleaning the temp cache and logging back in , it worked for me. Might want to try this.

I usually just have to log out and right back in without clearing the cache.

Since this seems to be a phantom problem that comes and goes, I'll add it to the list of things to give special attention to when Wincustomize receives some more attention. Until then, please follow the suggestions that others have made in this post for how to resolve and/or get around the issue.
