converting .iso files

is there a program i can use to convert .iso file

To what? They're disk images, you're generally either going to burn them or mount them as-is.

WWW Link Daemon tools. Make sure to un-check options to install toolbar, if they show up.
ISObuster will allow you to explore an iso file w/o mounting it.
