No "x" to close window in XP

Hello, I started downloadin extra skins and when I install them there's no "x" in thr right top corner of a window to close it. there's minimaze/maximize but no close window.
anyone knows a solution to the problem ?

Open the windowblinds config, system info tab, click the "copy text" button on the top right, paste it all here.
