can i make .theme skins by using skin studio for vista

hello guys.........i wannaknow that can i make .theme or .msstyle skins by using skinstudio for vista or i can only make .wba extension theme..pls help

SkinStudio creates WindowBlinds skins (.wba).  It's much more powerful than .msstyles and does not have the limitations as it does.

can only make .wba extension theme.
