WMP skinning activation problems under Vista.

Hello, I am trying install skins like those at Skins Factory. I try to install Batman theme for WMP 11, and it seems to install, the skin pop up and animate, working. But as soon I close it, or maximize it, it return to corporate WMP theme.
I go to skin chooser, and I try to activate Batman them again, but nothing happen. Nothing happen at all. I tried other SF themes and they all do the same. Only the default one that comes with Vista, Revert and corporate, don't do this. I tried a skin of my own, and it doesn't work.
I go in WMP11 under XP64 and it working all right. I have 2 machines with Vista x64 and it do this problem.
I searched all night on Google and I find many people in the same situation, but never with concrete answer of why it is happening. The only workaround I have found is to click on the wmz and overwrite every time I want to use it.
My last hope to get answer is to voice it again.
Any ideas or suggestions?

It happened that when I download the file on my Vista x64, it kinda corrupt the file. When I download it on a Vista or XP 32 bit machine, and transfer the file on my Vistax64, it play fine.
I don't know how my machine corrupt these files, I got a friend with Vista x64 and direct download the SF files and it install without problems.
I think it time for format :/
