SUGGESTION: Email Shortcut Enhancement
Stop opening new windows

It would be great if shortcuts could be configured to either continue to open new windows
OR
Re-open/bring to the front the application (ex. Outlook)
It's kind of cool to have the little triangle below the app so you know an app is open but it seems counter-intuitive to me to have it keep opening windows instead of just brining up the one that's already open.
Thoughts?

Exactly. But if you have an icon for your email program already on the bar, why bother showing it again if the icons are on? Why not just make it a "super icon" that displays if it is running or not and if it is, it alternates minimizing and restoring it.

Go to the Dock option, the Misc. Option button, first item.
