Windows XP Media Center Edition WindowBlinds Skin

Hey I want to know if there is a Windows XP Media Center Edition skin for WindowBlinds. If there is could you send me the link, and if there isnt could someone make one. My dads computer(im using it now so I could get the screenshots) has Media Center Edition and I think it looks really nice. Here are some screenshots of it.
